A three-phase AC output reactor is primarily used on the load side of the frequency converter. It can be used for both general-purpose frequency converters and four-quadrant frequency converters, connected in series with the output terminal of the frequency converter. Installing an output reactor can soften the steepness of the frequency converter output voltage (switching frequency), compensate for the capacitive charge reversal current of long cables, reduce disturbances and impacts on the power components in the inverter, and effectively suppress inrush current at the moment of load switching, protecting the frequency converter and other components in the circuit from overcurrent impacts.
Product features:
1. The core uses high-quality oriented silicon steel sheets, with the core pillars divided into evenly small blocks by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are bonded using high-temperature, high-strength adhesive, securing each small section of the core pillars tightly to the upper and lower iron yokes. The end faces of the core are treated with high-quality anti-rust paint, addressing the rusting issues of the Satons reactor cores.
2. All AC output reactors employ vacuum impregnation and high-temperature curing processes, ensuring the coils have great insulation performance, high overall mechanical strength, and good moisture resistance.
3. The coils use F and H-class insulation systems, significantly enhancing the reliability of long-term operation.
