Three phase contact voltage regulator

Contact voltage regulators can be widely used in industry (such as chemical, metallurgical, instrumentation, electromechanical manufacturing, light industry, etc.), scientific experiments, public equipment, and household appliances to achieve voltage regulation, temperature control, speed regulation, dimming, and power control. They are an ideal AC voltage regulator.
1. The ambient temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃; 2. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters; 3. The surrounding air has a high relative humidity of 90% (at a temperature of+25 ℃); 4. Installation and maintenance:
1. The power supply voltage should comply with the input voltage on the regulator nameplate
2. The regulator must be well-grounded to ensure safety;
3. When using, it is important to regularly ensure that the output current does not exceed the rated value, otherwise it may reduce the lifespan of the regulator and even cause it to burn out;
4. When using, the handwheel should be rotated slowly and evenly to avoid damaging the electric brush or generating sparks;
5. The use of the voltage regulator should be checked regularly. If excessive wear or defects are found in the electric brush, it should be replaced with an electric brush of the same specification promptly. Zero-grit sandpaper should be used to pad the bottom of the electric brush and rotate the handwheel several times to make the bottom surface of the brush smooth and in good contact before use;
6. The surface of the coil in contact with the electric brush should be kept clean regularly, otherwise it is easy to increase sparks and burn out the surface of the coil. If black spots are found on the surface of the coil, they can be wiped off with cotton yarn dipped in alcohol until the surface spots are removed;
7. The wires and wire terminals connected from the power supply to the voltage regulator to the load should have good contact and be able to pass the rated current of the voltage regulator;
8. When moving the regulator, do not use a handwheel, but instead use a handle or lift the entire product for movement;

9. When the regulator needs to be horizontally mounted on a large panel or vertically mounted on other bases, the mounting holes on the regulator base can be used to secure it
