Overview of ZSG5 series rectifier transformer
1. The five-column rectifier transformer is a power transformer designed specifically for the six-phase double anti-star half wave rectifier device. The iron core of this transformer can cancel out the high-frequency magnetic flux of the third harmonic with the same phase in the side yoke, enabling two three-phase half-wave rectifiers to operate in parallel. It can also allow the zero sequence magnetic flux in the asymmetric component to pass through the side yoke, reducing the eddy current loss of the chassis structural components. Due to the elimination of the balancing reactor, the high current bus structure of the rectifier device is simplified.
2. The ZSG5 series rectifier transformer produced by our company has the characteristics of reasonable structure, low energy consumption, low-temperature rise, and low noise. It is widely used in wind power, hydropower, electrolytic plating, and other occasions that require a rectifier power supply.
2、 Electrical performance and standards
1. Temperature rise limit: The temperature rise of the iron core shall not exceed 80K (thermometer method), and the temperature rise of the coil shall not exceed 95K (DC resistance method);
2. Working noise: less than 60dB (at a horizontal distance of 1 meter from the transformer)

3、 Usage conditions
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
2. Environmental temperature: -25 ℃ to+40 ℃, relative humidity less than 85%;
The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in a cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed;
4 places without severe vibrations and bumps; Places with rainproof equipment;
5. In an environment without explosive hazards, where there are no gases or conductive dust that can corrode metals or damage insulation;
The waveform of the power supply voltage is an actual sine wave;
The voltage of the three-phase power supply is approximately symmetrical;
The system voltage is 50HZ or 60HZ
