Product Features
In power grids, there are numerous harmonic sources such as rectifiers, converters, and frequency converters. The high-order harmonics generated by these devices can severely endanger the safe operation of main transformers and other electrical equipment in the system. Filter reactors are widely used in high and low-voltage filter cabinets. They are connected in series with filter capacitors and tuned to a specific resonant frequency to absorb harmonic currents of corresponding frequencies in the power grid. The reactance rates are 1%, 5.67%, 6%, 12%, and 13%, capable of eliminating the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th, and higher-order harmonics. When filter reactors are connected in series with capacitors, they effectively absorb grid harmonics and improve the system power factor, playing a significant role in the safe operation of the system.
Features:
1. The filter reactor is available in both three-phase and single-phase types, both of which are iron-core dry-type.
2. The iron core uses high-quality, low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The core columns are divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps, which are spaced with epoxy laminated glass cloth boards and bonded with a special adhesive to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation.
3. The coils are wound with F-grade or H-grade flat copper wire and arranged tightly and uniformly.
4. After assembly, the filter reactor's coils and iron core undergo a pre-baking → vacuum impregnation → heat-curing process, using H-grade impregnating varnish to bond the coils and iron core together firmly.
5. The clamps, fasteners, and other parts of the filter reactor are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure a high-quality factor and good filtering effect.
6. All exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion measures.
7. It has low-temperature rise, low loss, high comprehensive utilization rate, and is easy to install.
